We are open Monday Through Friday 9am to 4pm. Saturday and Sunday 7am to 4pm. We are available other times with a prior arrangement so do not hesitate to reach out. Our season starts around mothers day weekend, sometimes it is earlier, sometimes it is later, it depends on the current temperature. We will not bring trees up if there is any chance of cold weather that could shock your beautiful trees and plants.

Yes, we offer full installs from a single tree, to an entire landscape. Our delivery fee includes our placement services, so we do not curb drop, we will bring your tree back to wherever you would like on your property. We also offer removal of old trees from the year prior (they must be removed from ground or from pot), there is a small fee for this as well. No job is too big or too small. We can handle it all.

Unfortunately we do not offer a return policy. As all of our customers know, we do our best to make all situations right. Your happiness with our products, our company, and our reputation are very important to us, so we will never sell you a tree or plant and end our relationship there.  As all of our previous customers can attest,  we are always available by phone, emails, chat, or text!

Unfortunately no tropical palm tree, even if able to withstand our winters in the Northeast are set it and forget it. There are a few "cold hardy" palms and plants, but they do require you to winterize them in the fall. Smaller plants and palms can certainly be brought inside, but our experiences over the many years doing this, they will not grow properly once indoors even when re-acclimated slowly.
